Scale of fees
The audit itself is rule-based and costs nothing to run, so the free tier is real. What you pay for is scale and the evidence trail.

Talk to us
Most independent agencies do not need to speak to anyone — take Pro and start. Get in touch if you run more than one branch, want the checks inside your CRM or feed manager, need bulk checking across a portfolio, or have procurement or security requirements.
We will answer in plain terms about what exists today and what does not.
Common questions
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a drafting and review aid. It checks your listing text against published disclosure expectations and flags what a consumer, a portal or an enforcement officer would likely ask about. Whether a particular property requires a particular disclosure remains your judgement.
Why isn't it powered by AI?
Because the output has to be reproducible. If you rely on a report when answering a complaint, the same listing needs to produce the same findings today and in eighteen months, each traceable to a rule and a source. Rules do that; generated prose does not. It also means audits cost nothing to run, which is why the free tier is not time-limited.
Does my listing data leave my browser?
Not on the free tier — the engine ships with the page and runs locally. Paid plans store audits by design, because the stored record is the point.
What if the rules change again?
The rule library is versioned, and every stored audit records the version it ran under. When expectations shift you can see which of your live listings are affected rather than re-checking them all by hand.
